Downloding quotes with 'ClickQuotes'

"ClickQuotes" allows to very easily download End Of Day prices and store them into the software database.
With one mouse click, "ClickQuotes" launches the downloading for requested markets or personal list of stocks. "ClickQuotes" downloading is accessible to users with subscription for the desired markets. The previous setting up selection for downloading is kept in memory and initiated at "ClickQuotes" window opening. NOTE : The user has the possibility to import into the database prices from external files (see hereafter). In that case, no subscription to price downloding is required. |
In case of subscription to price downloading for desired Exchanges, the user has the facility to activate
the automatic downloading mode for End Of Day prices.
In that case, on starting up Axial Finance carries out automatically the price updating without any specific request from the user. |

Downloading historical Intraday Prices

To get or update historical prices over a long period of time (over 3 years) the user can open this window
to start the download of selected Secutities (applicable for Subscribers).
NOTE : The user has the possibility to import into the database prices from external files (see hereafter). In that case, no subscription to price downloding is required. |
Up to one year of Intraday prices in 1 minute ticks can be downloaded.
The user can select all the stocks included in a market segment or in a personal list. Since 1 minute Intraday prices over 1 year does represent a big amount of data per stock, the user can select larger tick bars (5 minutes, 15 minutes, ...)per periods of time to reduce that amount. |
Importing external files of Prices

External files (text or excel format) including End Of Day or Intraday prices can be imported into axial database.
Such files can be downloaded for free from certain internet sites. To be able to read this file, the user can program the relevant format of prices if not already existing in Axial Finance. |
When necessary, the user can easily apply a split to the nominal of a stock by selecting the relevant date and ratio.
Splits carried out are kept in memory and accessible for consultation. |
